We build villas, residential compounds and commercial buildings from the ground up — structure, finishes, MEP and external works — under one contract, one schedule and one team accountable from excavation to handover.

We repair and strengthen what is already there: concrete repair, crack stitching, waterproofing, facade restoration and full refurbishment — carried out to Saudi building codes without disrupting the people who use the building.

Turnkey
Delivery
You give us the drawings; we hand you the keys. Procurement, construction, supervision and snagging are handled by a single Ramlatco team, so the project closes on the date we committed to — inspection passed, documentation complete.
